Reply using the contact details on your Gumroad receipt or email dboyekis@gmail.com with your order email, receipt number and a brief explanation. Never include full payment-card details.

Download problems

If your file is missing, damaged or inaccessible, contact us so we can help you access the correct file. Check your receipt email and spam folder first.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are handled through the payment platform. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and provider. This page does not limit rights that apply under consumer law.
